A vital part of the Hot Coffee Company - barista training, this is carried out either in our own training room or in situ.
Understanding the difference between a good and a bad espresso, getting the best from your beans and equipment and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
Training is ongoing - as and when it is needed. On occasions we bring guest baristas from London and Italy. |
