This Blue Seal gas range has the same flexability as all the Blue Seal cooktops, with the various griddle plates which can replace the 7kW open burners. This model also has the option of 4 different types of ovens; a static oven, a convection oven, an electric static oven and an electric convection oven. Burner heads and spill covers are easily removed to make for easy cleaning and servicing.
