bacteria, hot food should be quickly chilled using a Blast Chiller. If
food is to be frozen, the faster the freezing process happens, the
smaller the size of ice crystals formed in the food, and therefore the
better quality when defrosted. A Blast Freezer achieves this. By using a
combined Blast Chiller / Freezer, you will get maximum versatility and
