The involvement of ECC with many prestigious outlets and projects, including the recent £7 million pound refurbishment of Belfast’s Ulster Hall, is testament to the all-round, first-class service provided by its highly-qualified team.
Renowned for an extensive range of catering and beverage equipment, ECC holds sole distribution rights in Ireland for many prestigious and respected brands, including; Parry Catering Equipment, Dexion, European Water Care and the full stunning range of counters from Italian company, Artic.
Acclaimed Faema and Brasilia coffee machines and the hugely-popular, quality coffee brands of Segafreda and Antica are also exclusive to the company.
Operating from state-of-the-art headquarters at 19 Heron Road, Belfast, ECC offers much more than equipment and beverage supplies. For this company, customer care doesn’t end at the point of sale – it carries on long after that.
To assist clients in achieving maximum potential, a full design and installation service is on offer to ensure that layout is cost-effective, efficient and aesthetically pleasing. As well as a vast and impressive showroom, ECC HQ is home to an expert barista training facility. Also onsite is a service and repair department staffed by fully-qualified, experienced engineers who are happy to tailor-make and provide equipment service and preventative maintenance contracts (including call-out provision) to suit individual requirements.
